Manager of Nursing Services

The Manager of Nursing Services oversees safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient patient care in the Med Surg and Outpatient Departments, supporting the Chief Nursing Officer.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring optimal resource utilization, meeting productivity and financial goals, and achieving customer service satisfaction. The role involves

• Collaborating effectively with administrative staff, physicians, and hospital departments

To enhance communication, data sharing, and process improvements across the healthcare continuum.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved nursing school, with BSN preferred
• Valid Missouri RN license or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience in procedural areas, with leadership experience preferred
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 90 days
• Strong human relations and communication skills, with clinical expertise in the area of responsibility
