- Knowledgeable of therapeutic equipment
- Excellent human relations, oral/written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to input data into computer programs
- Ability to select, train, develop, and supervise human resources
- Ability to improve outcomes through knowledge of quality assessment and performance improvement activities
