Hazel Findlay is seeking Nurses to assess, plan, implement and care for residents. We're looking for a compassionate, creative, and resourceful professional to drive our mission. Full-time and per-diem positions available.
Some responsibilities include:
- Greet and attend to patients and families who are in need of care.
- Act as an advocate for patients who are dealing with chronic illnesses, infections, or other illnesses and contribute creative solutions.
- Provide basic patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
- Document patient information in PointClickCare.
- Work as a cohesive member of our Work Family and drive the mission.
- Current LPN or RN license in good-standing with the State of Michigan.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
