Nurse

Nursing Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including assessments, medications, treatments, and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and respond to patient needs, reporting changes and concerns to supervisors and other team members
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, medications, and treatment plans
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Perform duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Nursing Requirements:
- Current licensure in the state of Ohio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care
Work every other weekend and holiday
Compensation and Benefits:
- $2.00 hr bonus each pay period if you don't call off and complete charting in timely manner.
- Insurance offered, Paid time off after 1 year.
