Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – PRN II

Shift Differential for night shift as well. 4, 8, and 12 hour shifts available.

Assisted Living-Memory Care. Must be able and willing to work at least 2 of our 3 campuses throughout The Village Community (Wadsworth, Green, Fairlawn Assisted Living/Memory Care Units) to receive the PRN II rate. If you want a PRN position at only one campus, please apply specifically to that campus.

Rate: $29 per hour with shift differential for night shifts.

Our 3 communities: Wadsworth, Green, and Fairlawn campuses. PRN I is limited to one campus; PRN II requires working at at least 2 of the 3 campuses.

With continued growth, we are seeking a committed, kind, knowledgeable and respectful individual to assume the PRN II Nurse role (Licensed Practical Nurse) and become part of an excellent nursing team. Willingness to travel to different campuses to help out as needed is required.

Summary of Position

In accordance with the mission and values of The Village of St. Edward, the Nurse (LPN) works independently to provide direct resident care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation; supervises and directs care provided by nursing assistants; participates in continued professional development; performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license
• Preferred experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care or LTC setting
• Current BLS certification

Physical Requirements

• Good physical and mental health
• Able to lift, push and pull 35-50 pounds independently, and over 50 pounds with assistance
• Possesses the ability to bend, stoop, and reach at different angles
• Walks, stands, and sits intermittently during the day
• Follows all infection control practices
