As a Nurse Unit Manager, you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring infection prevention practices are maintained, and ensuring adequate staffing for our residents’ needs.

Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have at least an unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR/BLS Certification, prior experience managing a nursing department, and five (5) years of experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
