Skyline Healthcare Center-San Jose is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, coordinating and managing nursing care for residents and patients in a long-term care setting.
The ADON will help schedule rounds, ensure quality charting and medication documentation, and support staffing plans to meet resident needs while adhering to regulatory standards. RN licensure and LTC experience are required or highly preferred.
