Job Title
This is a time limited position. Assists the Regional TB nurse with Case management, accountable for reviewing medical records, medication DOT, and patient assessments Including other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful: Clinical knowledge of TB and LTBI, Medication and Side Effect Management, High level Case Management & Organization, Trust Building, Community Awareness.
Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires state licensure as a Registered Nurse and 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
