Responsibilities

• Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self‑care data, identifying educational needs.
• Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age‑appropriate care plans with the team.

Schedule

Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am

Core Schedule: Week 1 Mon, Fri, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Wed, Thu

Requirements

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS
• ACLS within 6 months
• 2400 hours within the last 24 months as an RN in acute care
• Associate's Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN
• TNCC, PALS, and/or CCRN

$53.22 - $74.35 /hour
