• Manage patient messages through the telehealth platform and address routine clinical questions within scope.
• Escalate complex medical concerns to providers and coordinate timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols, including HIPAA.

Requirements:

• Hold an active US nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN).
• Bring patient care, telehealth, or clinical support experience.
• Communicate clearly, prioritize inquiries, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Location: Remote – United States.
• Requires professional-level English and availability during U.S. business hours.
