Encompass Health is seeking a Nurse Extern to support our inpatient rehabilitation team. Under RN supervision, you’ll assist with vital signs, ADLs, mobility, and documentation while learning rehab nursing in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You’ll collaborate with therapists and physicians, reinforce safety and infection-control practices, and help patients recover from serious illness and injury.
This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, exposure to advanced clinical practices, and strong pathways to RN roles and specialty development within a supportive, team-focused culture.
