In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education for ED nurses and staff, supporting onboarding, skills development, and ongoing competency. You will collaborate with nursing leadership to identify learning needs, lead simulations and in‑service training, and ensure evidence‑based practice aligned with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
You’ll also mentor nurses, support quality and safety initiatives, and help foster a culture of teamwork, learning, and patient‑centered care.
