The Nurse Educator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering orientation and training programs for nursing staff and healthcare professionals. This role is ideal for those passionate about education and professional development in the nursing field.

What You'll Do
- Develop and revise nursing education curricula, courses, and learning materials based on evidence-based practices and industry standards.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate educational sessions, workshops, and courses for nursing and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct clinical competency assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and performance of nursing staff.
- Coordinate preceptorship and mentorship programs for novice nurses and students.
- Assess the learning needs of nursing staff and develop or recommend continuing education programs.
- Maintain accurate records of educational programs, attendance, and learner outcomes.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience required
- 1-2 years of clinical education experience preferred
- 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Current RN License in New Hampshire required
- ACLS preferred
- ACLS Instructor preferred
- BLS Certification required
- NRP preferred
