About This Role
The Nurse Educator is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff within the hospital, aimed at enhancing clinical skills and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop educational programs and curricula for nursing staff.
- Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in-service training.
- Facilitate orientation programs for new nursing hires.
- Organize and promote continuing education opportunities.
- Evaluate and assess the clinical skills and competencies of nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of educational programs and staff competencies.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
- Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience:
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience required
- 2-3 years of nurse or health training or educator experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
