In this mission-driven, trauma-informed role, you will provide assessments, medication administration, health education, and crisis response for youth with complex needs. Working in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams, you’ll integrate physical and behavioral health care, maintain accurate documentation, and promote safety and wellness.
