Nurse Director, Senior Living Health Services

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Health Services Director (LVN/RN) for our Torrance, CA community. The role coordinates resident care and medication management under physician supervision to maintain resident independence as long as possible.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with clinicians, supervising Medication Technicians, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with RCFE standards. Strong leadership and CA licensure required.
