What You'll Do

• Establish best practice models and perform strategic planning for patient care delivery systems.
• Lead investigations of patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
• Manage resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Evaluate the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Assume accountability for patient and employee safety.
• Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise.
• Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice and perform clinical duties as required.
• Oversee the operation of multiple units by identifying member and operational needs.
• Direct hospital administrative functions to support patient care and performance targets.
• Ensure safe, quality, and standardized care delivery within a 24/7 operational environment.

Requirements

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current RN License in California
