What You’ll Do
- Establish best practice models and perform strategic planning for patient care delivery systems.
- Lead investigations of patient/family/member concerns regarding patient care and services.
- Partner with physicians and healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient care.
- Manage resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization.
- Evaluate the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Assume accountability for patient and employee safety.
- Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision and competency.
- Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice and perform clinical duties as required.
- Oversee the operation of multiple units by identifying member and operational needs.
- Direct hospital administrative functions to support patient care and performance targets.
Requirements
Education:
- Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Licenses & Certifications:
- Current RN License in California
