We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about hands‑on care and enjoys working side‑by‑side with nurses and CNAs to provide teaching, guidance, and clinical support in a homelike environment.
The Clinical Coordinator works directly with the Director of Nursing (DON) to support and oversee all aspects of clinical skills development and hands‑on teaching, helping to ensure high‑quality care for our clients.
Workload will incorporate both clinical and administrative time which will include at least one floor shift a week.

DUTIES:
- Provide direct nursing care as needed
- Work directly with the DON to support oversight of clinical skills and hands‑on teaching initiatives
- Work alongside nurses and CNAs to reinforce proper techniques and best practices
- Provide hands‑on instruction and clinical education during care delivery
- Support onboarding and ongoing skills development
- Conduct audits of medical records and medication administration records (MAR)
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and accurate documentation
- Promote a safe, supportive, and homelike environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of Maine
- Skilled nursing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Clinical Skills:
- Straight catheterization
- G-tube care
- Ostomy/Colostomy care
- Phlebotomy
- IV therapy
