Nurse Clinical NLC Licensed

To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, the remote Registered Nurse Clinical NLC Licensed will engage members telephonically, manage medication therapy, and provide patient education while working independently during rotating shifts from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, with occasional weekends as needed. Key responsibilities Engage members telephonically and schedule clinician consultations for clinical programs Utilize prescription claims data to develop clinical recommendations in accordance with Medication Therapy Management (MTM) protocols Provide patient education regarding medication regimens and disease-state management Required qualifications Current and unrestricted Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multistate license Strong understanding of disease-state management guidelines 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently within a cross-functional team environment Strong knowledge of the 5 Core Elements of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Ability to navigate approved MTM platforms and work efficiently across multiple databases, applications, and systems
