We believe our employees are the foundation of that commitment, working together to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.Job SummaryResponsible for implementing and supporting WRHS clinical applications across departments, serving as the day-to-day contact for end-users during implementation and ongoing maintenance.Key Responsibilities- Support implementation and operation of clinical modules- Serve as the point of contact for end-users; train staff on clinical applications- Test software updates and maintain system security through role-based access- Document and track issues and enhancement requests- Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota- 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience- Experience with EHR systems, or a comparable EHR platform ( Meditech or Epic)- Clinical informatics/health IT experience preferredNormal working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWest River Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
