StoneSprings Hospital Center, part of HCA Virginia Health System, is seeking a Nurse Clinical Coordinator to support our Emergency Room team. In this role, you will coordinate patient care activities, support clinical staff, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and hospital policies.
Responsibilities include overseeing patient flow, mentoring RNs, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and promoting quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. Requires an active RN license, 2+ years of acute care experience (ER strongly preferred), strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment aligned with our compassionate, ethical culture.
