Nurse Case Manager, West

For our client, we are seeking a Nurse Case Manager, West to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will provide patient-facing case management support across the western region, with a strong focus on education, access support, and coordination of care. The Nurse Case Manager will partner closely with patients, caregivers, provider offices, and internal cross-functional teams to help navigate reimbursement and logistical challenges. This position is well suited for an RN who brings both clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to helping patients understand and access therapy.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $136,000 – $187,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide educational training and support to patients and caregivers about the condition and the company's products
• Communicate insurance coverage updates to patients and caregivers
• Review financial assistance programs and coordinate logistical support for therapy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reimbursement-related issues
• Engage with patients and provider case coordinators to provide individualized support
• Empower patients through education to advocate for themselves
• Develop relationships to help manage complex challenges faced by patients and caregivers

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare, including hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech settings
• 2-5+ years of case management experience
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Reimbursement experience is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
