UCI Health is seeking a Case Manager to collaborate with physicians, nursing and staff to coordinate high quality patient care across acute and ambulatory settings. Under the Administrative Manager you will coordinate resources and referrals using established criteria.
The ideal candidate has a CA RN license, BSN, 2+ years of clinical experience and BLS certification. Excellent English communication and ability to manage workload are essential.
