  • Start Date: September 21, 2026
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
  • Shift Time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,680
  • Orientation: 40 hours
  • Schedule Notes: May include call coverage as discussed during the hiring process
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience required
  • Current state license or compact eligibility in hand at time of submission, if applicable
  • One or more of the following certifications required: ARRT (N), CNMT, or NMTCB
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety, nuclear medicine procedures, and imaging best practices
  • Ability to start and maintain IVs
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a collaborative hospital imaging team
Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of nuclear medicine procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to patient safety
  • Prepare, handle, and administer radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols
  • Complete diagnostic imaging studies including whole body, PET, HIDA, uptake scans, and ventilation/perfusion studies as assigned
  • Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after procedures
  • Maintain proper radiation precautions, infection prevention practices, and equipment readiness
  • Start and maintain IV access when needed for imaging studies
  • Document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate with physicians, radiology staff, and the imaging team to support efficient patient flow and high-quality results
  • Assist with float coverage to nearby outpatient services when needed
