  • Assignment Type: Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,450 - $2,630
  • Start Date: 10/05/2026
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
  • Hours Per Week: 40
  • Call: No call required
  • Additional Coverage: Includes one evening shift and at least one Saturday per month
  • Orientation: 40 hours
  • Setting: Outpatient nuclear medicine / PET/CT imaging
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, with PET/CT experience
  • Experience with general nuclear medicine and inpatient/outpatient imaging workflows
  • Valid Ohio license or eligible licensure as required
  • ARRT (N), ARRT (R), or NMTCB certification
  • BLS certification required
  • Experience starting and maintaining IVs
  • Proficiency with PACS
  • Experience with Epic is preferred
  • Comfort working with adult and geriatric patients
  • Strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
Responsibilities
  • Perform PET/CT and nuclear medicine studies, including whole-body FDG, brain, cardiac, and neuroendocrine imaging
  • Support a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment
  • Operate PET/CT equipment and assist with daily imaging workflow
  • Start and maintain IV access as needed for imaging procedures
  • Document and manage studies accurately using PACS and related systems
  • Deliver safe, compassionate patient care while maintaining excellent communication
  • Work collaboratively with the imaging and radiology team to ensure smooth patient flow and quality service
  • Adapt to a schedule that includes an occasional evening shift and monthly Saturday coverage
