- Calculate, order, administer, and record radioactive isotopes
- Educate patients on exam preparation and ensure their comfort throughout each procedure
- Review physician orders and verify patient identification before all procedures
- Conduct all required quality control procedures to maintain imaging accuracy
- Maintain compliance with safety, radiation standards, and continuing education requirements
Required:
- CNMT or ARRT(N) certification
- Current NYS DOH Nuclear Medicine License
- BLS certification
- PET experience not required-training will be provided
- NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(CT) certification
