Seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist with expertise in Nuc Med and PET/CT imaging. This 13-week opportunity offers a structured workweek split across two locations, providing valuable experience and a dynamic work environment.
Schedule:
- Monday - Wednesday: 10-hour shifts
- Saturday: 10-hour shift
- Off Days: Thursday, Friday, Sunday
- Current NMTCB or ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Valid California state license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Demonstrated proficiency in Nuclear Medicine imaging and PET/CT procedures
- Ability to work consistently with minimal supervision and manage time across multiple sites
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Perform high-quality nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout each examination
- Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during imaging studies
- Operate imaging equipment, maintain accuracy in technical settings, and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient care and accurate diagnostic results
- Maintain proper documentation, patient records, and compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Gain experience working in multiple medical facilities and collaborating with skilled professionals
