Role Overview:
This position is responsible for performing Nuclear Medicine procedures to assist in diagnosing and treating patients. The technologist will operate Nuclear Medicine equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnoses.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Nuclear Medicine procedures, including PET, general, and cardiac imaging.
- Operate Nuclear Medicine equipment following established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered by Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMT) or ARRT (N) Nuclear Medicine.
- Valid Florida License in Nuclear Medicine.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred: Associates degree and experience with Nuclear Medicine procedures and equipment.
Additional Details
- Nonexempt status, full-time schedule with 80 hours per pay period.
- Work involves rotating start times from , on weekdays.
- Competitive hourly pay between $37.63 and $56.40.
