Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nuclear Medical Technician II to join our dynamic team at MLR. In this role, you will be pivotal in our mission to enhance healthcare delivery by matching qualified medical professionals with healthcare facilities in need. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will help create a lasting impact on patient care within our community.
In this role, you'll:
*Partner with leadership* to enhance technical performance and drive meaningful change.
*Lead the charge* in implementing new technologies and software that push the boundaries of what's possible.
*Develop and refine scanning protocols*, ensuring excellence and consistency across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess client requirements and match candidate skills and experiences to ensure a perfect fit.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, creating trust and understanding of their unique staffing needs.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and workforce demands to effectively advise clients and candidates.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
* Participate in community outreach programs to promote healthcare employment opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
  • Program Nuclear Medicine (required) Or
  • Formal training in Nuclear Medicine (required)
  • College Degree - 2 year (preferred)
  • College Degree - 4 year (preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
  • BLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire or transfer into position (required)
  • CTNM - CA Certified Tech, Nuc Med Lic (required)
  • CNMT - Cert Nuc Med Technologist (preferred) Or
  • RT-N - ARRT Reg Tech Nuclear Med (preferred)
Work Experience
  • Minimum five (5) years Nuclear Medicine (required)
  • Pediatric Nuclear Medicine (preferred)
Skills and Abilities
  • Bilingual Skills Preferred
