Nuclear Med Tech I

The Nuclear Medicine Tech I provides patient care services utilizing Nuclear medicine equipment to provide diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine services in compliance with regulatory requirements and may direct Radiology Assistants and clerks in the absence of their supervisors.

Licensure and Certification:

  • Current California CNMT license
  • Current NMTCB or ARRT (N) certificate
  • Current BLS provider card

Education:

  • Completion of accredited Nuclear Medicine program

Experience:

  • One (1) year office or hospital experience as a Nuclear Medicine Tech preferred.

Nuclear Med Tech II

The Nuclear Medicine Tech II provides patient care services utilizing Nuclear medicine equipment to provide diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine services in compliance with regulatory requirements and may direct Radiology Assistants and clerks in the absence of their supervisors.

Licensure and Certification:

  • Current California CNMT license
  • Current NMTCB or ARRT (N) certificate
  • Current BLS provider card

Education:

  • Completion of accredited Nuclear Medicine program

Experience:

  • Two (2) years office or hospital experience as a Nuclear Medicine Tech.
Nuclear Med Tech III

The Nuclear Medicine Tech III provides patient care services utilizing Nuclear medicine equipment to provide diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine services in compliance with regulatory requirements and may direct Radiology Assistants and clerks in the absence of their supervisors.

Licensure and Certification:

  • Current California CNMT license
  • Current NMTCB
  • Current ARRT (N) certificate
  • Current BLS provider card

Education:

  • Completion of accredited Nuclear Medicine program

Experience:

  • Five (5) years office or hospital experience as a Nuclear Medicine Tech.
