NTT DATA Services, Inc. currently seeks a Test Data Management Lead to join our team in Providence, RI.

Position Functions or Responsibilities: Database Programmer or Developer with 2 – 5 years of programming experience.Scripting experience with Shell, Perl,  .bat, VB Script or any other scripting language experience.Experience with Oracle, MS-SQL, Sybase, and / or any other relational database management system.Excellent knowledge and good understanding of SDLC with end-to-end hands-on scripting and unit-testing experience across all phases.Ability to seek out and acquire enhanced skills on cutting-edge test-data management approaches, while championing the adoption of test data management best practices.Work directly with QA team members to understand business use cases and help identify test data for short and long term testing.Work with development and business teams to understand application workflows and determine best approaches for test data identification.Collaborate with Management to design and implement test data strategy and framework.Create test data management roadmap for complex applications, with policies to manage them, and ensure enforcement. Ability to identify dependencies, constraints and risks as needed for test data planningAbility to handle escalations / project progress concerns from Client, and manage them according to expectations.Ability to lead the delivery of complex medium-to-large projects with utmost attention to details.Provide test data management strategies & tools, and test environment management for clients.Design & implement Harness TDM tools to support QA teams’ data management needs in collaboration with NTT TDM Center of Excellence (CoF).Experience with Optim Test Data Management, or any other TDM tool like Desired etcFamiliarity with different development methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, etc.Defect triage, resolution and management experience with deep understanding of various defect metrics.QA lifecycle tools experience – HP (Quality Center, QTP, PTC, etc.) or equivalent.Excellent communication skills with affinity for client support.Posting Date:Department: -
