NSA Refund Compliance Supervisor

Overseeing daily refund operations, the full-time NSA Refund Compliance Supervisor will manage onshore and offshore teams to ensure accurate and compliant processing of refund transactions while supporting process improvements and maintaining accountability. Key responsibilities Supervise and support a team, ensuring accurate execution of daily workflows Review journal entries for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and standardization initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience 3+ years of refund or revenue cycle experience 2+ years of leadership or management experience, including oversight of supervisors or team leads 1+ years of experience with the No Surprise Act is highly preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
