About This Role

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to practice independently and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring effective ABA programming for children in both center‑based and community settings.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Duties & Responsibilities

  • Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years
  • Conduct assessments specific to clients’ needs
  • Develop ABA programming tailored to each client
  • Practice excellent time management of service deliverables
  • Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Provide training to caregivers
  • Offer in‑home or community‑based wrap‑around services to center‑based clients as needed

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working with children of varying abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing verbal behavior programming
  • Ability to communicate with audiences of varying ABA understanding
  • Experience managing and supervising others
  • Ability to make quick, sound decisions
  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
