They are growing their manufacturing capability, with a clear focus on turning complex designs into stable, repeatable production.Role overview:This NPI Engineer role is about getting new products into production properly. As an NPI Engineer, you’ll take responsibility for moving RF and microwave assemblies from early builds through to volume manufacture, making sure processes are practical, controlled and scalable.

You will:Own the transition from prototype builds into productionPlan and support pilot builds, resolving issues as they come upWork with design engineers to improve manufacturability (DFM/DFA)Set up production processes, tooling and work instructionsPut in place process flows, control plans and supporting documentationSupport ramp-up and work on yield and efficiency improvementsLead root cause work using methods like 8D, DMAIC and FMEAEssential experience:Experience working as an NPI Engineer or in a similar manufacturing-focused roleBackground in electronics or another high-reliability environmentExperience taking products from development into productionUnderstanding of process control and manufacturing readinessComfortable working with design, quality and production teamsEngineering qualification or equivalent hands-on experienceThis NPI Engineer role offers a straightforward opportunity to work on technically demanding products without unnecessary layers.
