Hadrian is hiring a Manager, Build Engineering to lead a team of Build Engineers on a dedicated customer program. You will own NPI end-to-end from first article through production ramp and ensure successful build outcomes for the team.
You’ll coordinate with Supply Chain, Capability Engineering, Software, Materials & Processes, and Test to prevent constraints and guide the program to on‑time delivery while staying close to the floor for real‑time technical decisions.
