Seeking skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants to join established private nephrology practices in Rio Grande Valley (Brownsville), Texas . In this role, you will collaborate closely with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities may include outpatient clinic visits, dialysis rounding, and inpatient consultations.
**The practice is also open to part-time schedule as well.
Requirements include:
- Current license to practice as an Advanced Practitioner in Texas
- Ideal candidates will have a firm understanding of the protocols, policies and operations of a physician practice
- 2 years clinical work experience, nephrology experience a strong plus (may be required for some opportunities)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with dialysis patients
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- New Graduates and experienced NP/PAs looking to transition into Nephrology are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 annually (Commensurate with experience)
