NP/PA - Hybrid Telehealth in Recovery Care

ORTC, LLC in Grants Pass, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in our opioid treatment program, with a hybrid schedule of in-clinic and telehealth work.

You will conduct history and physicals, review urine drug screens and labs, perform assessments, participate in trainings and crisis interventions, and refer patients to specialists as needed under a supervising physician.
