Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with an ENT background to join a thriving, established ENT practice in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. This provider will work alongside a highly respected ENT physician in a busy outpatient practice, helping manage patient volume while the physician is in surgery.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and managing ENT patients independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Previous ENT experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of general ENT conditions

* Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits

* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician

* Order and interpret diagnostic studies, imaging, and hearing evaluations

* Work independently in clinic while the physician is performing surgical procedures

* Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR

* Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

* Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner

* National certification (AANP, ANCC)

* Previous ENT experience required

* Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

* Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Expected patient volume of approximately 20-25 patients per day once fully ramped up

Schedule & Compensation

* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
