Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a collaborative, high-performing neonatal care team providing coverage across multiple hospitals in Jacksonville, Florida, offering a dynamic work environment, strong clinical support, and an exceptional coastal lifestyle.

Job Description:

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries
• Full-time NNP role with a mix of 16–24-hour shifts for optimal work–life balance
• Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities required)
• Deliver care across four hospitals within:
• St. Vincent's Health System (2 facilities)
• HCA Hospitals (2 facilities)
• Be assigned to a specific healthcare system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including:
• 6 Neonatologists
• 1 Pediatrician
• 16 Advanced Practice Providers
• Function with a high level of autonomy, supported by:
• In-house neonatologist coverage
• On-call neonatologist backup
• Participate in a team-oriented, collegial environment
