AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join our Hospital Medicine team at AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach. This nocturnist hospitalist APP opportunity offers a consistent 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to provide meaningful inpatient care throughout the overnight hours.
This role is ideal for an APP who thrives in a hospital-based environment, enjoys the clinical variety of nocturnal medicine, and values the predictability of a 7-on/7-off schedule. You will support admissions, cross-coverage, inpatient floor management, and overnight patient care while working closely with the hospital medicine team.

Qualifications
- PA-C or APRN with an interest in hospital medicine
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, as applicable
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care
- Eligible for Florida licensure
