Position: Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Location: Waterbury, Connecticut
Schedule: Flexible shifts available - full-time, part-time, and per diem

What You’ll Do:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support mobility and transfers
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous caregiving experience (formal or informal) preferred
- A heart for service and a calm, patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
- PCA/HHA certification a plus- but we’re willing to train the right person
