Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced and safety-focused NCCCO Certified Crane Operator for a direct-hire crane operator position in Flushing, OH.

Crane Operator Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate designated mobile and telescopic boom cranes
- Lift, move, and position materials according to project requirements
- Operate cranes with precision to protect personnel, equipment, and property
- Read and interpret crane load charts to ensure lifts remain within capacity limits
- Execute lifts according to approved lift plans and job site requirements
- Communicate clearly with riggers, signal persons, supervisors, and other crew members
- Complete daily crane and equipment inspections
- Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns promptly
- Properly set up, stabilize, operate, and break down crane equipment
- Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and job site procedures
Crane Operator Qualifications
- Valid NCCCO certification required
- Telescopic Boom Crane certification required
- Previous crane operating experience in construction or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of crane load charts and lifting capacities
- Knowledge of rigging practices and safe lifting procedures
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience operating multiple types of cranes
- Additional crane or industrial certifications
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Ability to remain alert and focused during extended shifts
