Requirements
- Doctorate or equivalent applied research experience in sport science or a quantitative field.
- Track record of peer-reviewed or practitioner-grade publication.
- Comfort in code. At least Python and SQL.

- Own the NOVA research agenda and model evolution.
- Collaborate with the data platform team on derivations and validation.
- Publish and defend the methodology with the broader performance community.
