What You'll Do
  • Notarize surrogacy legal contracts with intended parents and gestational carriers
  • Follow strict guidelines for required fields and signature placement (training provided)
  • Ensure each document is properly executed and legally compliant
  • Maintain accurate records of all notarizations
  • Deliver excellent communication and professionalism to clients
Requirements
  • Active Notary Public commission in your state
  • Comfort with remote notarization tools and basic tech (e.g., webcam, internet, PDF)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to following instructions
  • Must be organized, punctual, and professional in communication
