Northern Mariana Islands Licensed PMHNP

Providing exceptional psychiatric care through telehealth, the Northern Mariana Islands Licensed PMHNP will manage patient assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical peers in a fully remote, full-time or part-time position. Key responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analysis for various mental health conditions Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and brief psychotherapy Utilize evidence-based protocols and collaborate with psychiatrists for optimal patient care Required qualifications Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills Comfort with remote care delivery and electronic health record systems Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, evidence-based care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
