Northern CA Director of Nursing — Leadership & Operations

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead Nursing Services in the Northern CA region on a short-term assignment. The DON will oversee 24-hour supervision, ensure care quality per federal and state standards, and manage center operations in the administrator's absence.

Requirements include RN licensure, an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, and at least five years in health care with two years of supervisory experience.
