Northeast Neuro Policy & State Government Affairs Director

Lundbeck Northeast seeks a Director, State Government Affairs to lead state policy strategy from Boston for PA, NY, NJ and MA. Build relationships with governors’ offices, legislators and regulators to advance Lundbeck’s priorities and patient access.

Reporting to leadership, you will monitor and respond to regulatory developments, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and manage external consultants to ensure aligned advocacy. Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically is required.
