North Region VP of Retail Leadership (Remote)

LOFT is seeking a Regional Vice President for the North Region (NYC, Philadelphia or Boston based) to direct activities across ~9 districts and ~200 stores. The role focuses on sales, human capital, payroll, and operating expenses while shaping store strategies and corporate alignment.

You’ll develop District Managers, drive region-wide goals, ensure loss prevention, merchandising standards, and exceptional client service in a multilocation environment.
