To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time North Dakota Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on evidence-based care with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Manage a consistent caseload with defined goals and collaborate with an in-house referral network Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decisions while adhering to evidence-based standards Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
